Author Standards

Double-Blind Governance: Editorial reviewers assess abstracts without visibility into author identity or commercial sponsor ties.
Publication Compendium: Accepted abstracts receive serialized DOI indexing in the official proceedings volume.
Presenter Registration: At least one author must register for the colloquium upon acceptance to lock podium or poster board space.
Original Data: Encore abstracts are permitted provided previous presentation was non-indexed or regionally restricted.
